Millers Point

Approval process for the adaptive reuse of a NSW State heritage-listed building in Millers Point, which had undergone many changes since it was built circa 1855. The adaptive reinstatement of the building maintains a commercial use on the ground floor and a residence above. 

The project was undertaken from concept design to occupation certificate incorporating the development application documentation being the architectural design, statement of environmental effects and heritage impact assessment, seeking approval from the Heritage Council and City of Sydney Council, construction documentation including archival photographic report and contract administration to occupation certificate.
