Master plans and building concepts for a number of scenarios to enrich the waterfront and create a notable gateway to the city. Scenarios include integration with the heritage listed buildings,  a proposed performing arts centre, pedestrian and visual linkages to the existing city, exploring a variety of uses including commercial, retail, hotel, conference facilities and residential accommodation and various public open spaces and connections.
