Assessment of the visual impacts of the expansion of the Grants Road Sand Quarry at Somersby over a 30 year period as required by the Department of Planning for the Part 3A project application.

Key considerations for the Visual impact assessment are adjoining land uses including the Brisbane Water National Park, Howes Aboriginal Reserve, The Great North Walk and privately owned rural properties and possible views from the surrounding escarpment.
