Master planning of the new residential development and medium density development on the northern and southern sides of Myall Road, Hillsborough for Landcom. The master planning of the site addresses the constraints such as bush fire, flora and fauna, stormwater and connectivity to surrounding land uses.

A medium density development concept is proposed on the northern side of Myall Road for 21 small lot attached dwellings. The residential master plan on the southern side of Myall Road includes 66 standard lots ranging in size from 490m2 up to over 1,000m2 and two medium density super lots.

The project includes the preparation of a visual impact assessment, an urban design report and various mapping to support the development and assist in the community consultation process.
