Development feasibility for a 7500m2 lineal site to increase housing supply and to address housing affordability on the NSW far north coast. It has been identified that there is an acute need for affordable housing for a growing number of single homeless elderly aged women. The Client’s goal is to demonstrate diversity with different product types.

The master plan concepts incorporate a diversity of dwelling typologies from apartments, manor homes, dual occupancies to terraces integrated with community gardens and private open space. Environmental issues were considered including flooding and bush fire impacts.
