Master plan and urban design analysis for the upgrade of individual holiday parks and facilities across various sites within NSW including Nambucca, Red Rock, Lake Keepit, Lake Glenbawn, Jimmys Beach and Copeton Waters.

The locality, topography, accessibility, permeability and landscape setting for each park are considered in the master plans. Other important considerations include the adjoining land uses and the interactions with those uses. Urban design reports describe the existing sites, location, physical attributes, orientation, context within the wider community, facilities, accommodation, and views to and from the site. Design principles are outlined and inform the development of each of the master plans for the parks.

 

Master plans were also prepared for the holiday parks at Forster, Tuncurry, Lennox Head, and Hawks Nest regarding the future proposals for each holiday park site. These master plans address location and type of accommodation, interaction with facilities within and beyond the parks, access to and from the park and the standard and type of facilities proposed.
