Feasibility study for development of 23 apartments in close proximity to an existing village centre and railway station. 

The design addresses existing drainage constraints by separating the site into three separate buildings grouped around an internal open space area. 

 

Each building achieves sustainable design objectives based on optimum solar orientation, maximum cross ventilation and passive heating and cooling.
