Tuggerah Business Park, located midway between Sydney and Newcastle, is a high profile business park with many head offices/companies located in the park creating various job opportunities. The development and success of the park also acts as a catalyst for other development in the area.  

 

Master planning, design guidelines and coordination of Authority negotiations for the development of the 75 hectare Tuggerah Business Park. Architectural and landscape design guidelines were developed as a key document to assist in the design and development of sites within the Park.

Concept design, development approvals and construction documentation for a number of modern industrial, commercial and retail buildings in the park, including a purpose designed bulky goods retail centre of approximately 45,000m2.
