Warnervale Town Centre

Master plans and feasibility studies for residential lands and mixed-use sites within the Warnervale Town Centre.

Concepts for residential layouts and dwelling types to examine different yields and determine feasibility. Design of dwelling types takes into consideration topography, access, adjoining development, demographics, and future development.

Master planning of mixed-use proposals for retail, service station, fast food outlets and a range of residential dwellings. The design development also addresses access and carparking.

Review of the Warnervale Town Centre DCP and preparation of a submission to ensure economic viability including changes to zones, land uses and flexibility to allow an appropriate mix of uses and architectural form. A bus tour showed Council and the Department of Planning suitable dwelling types that allow flexibility. The Warnervale Town Centre DCP was then revised by the Department of Planning.
